Carnival of Cultures 2026: More than a festival – a powerful symbol of solidarity, democracy, and diversity

The Carnival of Cultures will once again transform the streets of Berlin into a vibrant celebration of diversity in 2026. But this year it's under special circumstances: While the social climate is becoming increasingly tense and fundamental democratic values are under pressure, the Carnival of Cultures remains a clear anti-racist commitment to diversity, tolerance, and living together harmoniously.

We're celebrating exactly that with colorful sounds and beats from 2 pm onwards, both indoors and outdoors, and it's FREE!
