Anima: Chapter V

We are excited to present the 5th installment of the 'Anima' series at Anomalie Art Club ~

As usual, we will have two floors of heart-pumping, rhythmic music to represent the Anima/Animus duality of our collective unconscious. Carl Jung described the Animus as the unconscious masculine side of a woman, and the Anima as the unconscious feminine side of a man, each transcending the personal psyche.

Our parties are always defined by a strong connection to the music. For this event, we are thrilled to have Jeroen Search carry the torch. Known for his genre defining inimitable sound, and energetic performances, Jeroen Search is today where he's always been, at the very edge of contemporary techno. The Dutchman is one of techno’s most influential producers, but is also a well-kept public secret. Putting out consistently high quality music since the mid nineties, he is always right at the sharp end of the techno spectrum. Keeping him there are the slick beats he releases on his own genre-defning label Search, as well as those on Figure, Dynamic Refection and many others.

Joining him on the main floor will be Vinicius Honorio. Hailing from the buzzing Brazilian metropolis of Rio de Janeiro, London-based Vinicius Honorio has been working hard pursuing his techno aspirations. With an upcoming debut EP on the releases on Developer’s label Modularz and Bas Mooy’s MORD, Vinicius keeps pushing his raw and darker techno sound into 2022.
