How do you get into Sisyphos in Rummelsburg? Door tips, timing, floors and re-entry – plus every party on the grounds of the old dog biscuit factory.
Sisyphos is less a club than a site: five floors, sand underfoot, art installations and parties that start on Friday night and end Monday morning. Most people stay far longer than planned.
What's the best way to get in?
Relaxed, in a small group, no impatience in the queue. Loud behaviour or large all-male groups make it harder.
When is the best time to arrive?
Saturday and Sunday mornings are the calmest hours at the door. Friday and Saturday nights mean the longest waits.
Do I have to queue again if I leave?
No. The wristband covers the whole weekend – you can go home and come back later without queueing again.
What music plays on which floor?
Hammahalle for techno, Wintergarten for house, plus Dampfer, Tunnel and the outdoor floor Strand. Line-ups are almost never announced in advance.
Can I take photos?
No. Photos and videos are not welcome on site – it's part of the concept.
Is Sisyphos open all year?
No. After the New Year's Eve party there's a winter break until around March, then it runs every weekend again.

Es war nun mein insg. 4. Mal im Sisy, jedes Mal einen Besuch wert, wenn ich ein paar Tage in der Hauptstadt verbringe. Eine eigene, verträumte, technoide Welt voller Entdeckungen. Den grundsätzlichen Frust vieler Menschen bzgl. der Willkür an der Tür kann ich verstehen, ich bin auch schon nicht reingekommen - es gibt nunmal keinen Garant für diverse Türen in Berlin. Es ist ein bleibt ein Versuch reinzukommen.
Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Die Türsteherin war aus unserer Sicht äußerst unfreundlich, unsympathisch und wenig empathisch. Wir wurden ohne für uns nachvollziehbare Begründung nicht eingelassen und dabei spöttisch abgewiesen. Natürlich liegt die Entscheidung über den Einlass beim Club. Allerdings sollte man Gäste unabhängig davon respektvoll und wertschätzend behandeln. Freundlichkeit und ein professioneller Umgang gehören für mich zu einer guten Dienstleistung. Schade – das hat …
Ich will meine laute Meckerei auch hier lassen, ?? weil ich gestern der 12.7. meine Göttin Frida Darko nicht live sehen dürfte. Ich war wieder da nur, um sie zu sehen und den Geburtstag meiner Schwester zu feiern. Die grinsende Spaßverderberin Blondine hat uns gefragt, ob wir schon ein Ticket hatten. Zum Schein sollten wir schon am Freitag angekommen sein. Wie blöd! Clubern sollte doch auch gesund sein. ??
