The Avenue is located directly under the historic walls of the listed Café Moscow. In the heart of Berlin, not far from Alexanderplatz, the building has had many identities since 1964. From a specialty restaurant to one of the hippest clubs in the capital.
Regardless of whether it is an international jet set or the Berlin scene: Avenue Berlin has been the starting point for the young and beautiful in Berlin's nightlife since it opened in 2013.
The renowned architects' office karhard kept it simple and simple when it came to design. Just like the Berghain Panorama Bar and the Pacha Munich, the Avenue Berlin was given individuality. Consisting of a main floor and a hidden smaller club room, the location offers an area of 850 square meters. Enough space for up to 800 guests to turn night into day. The main floor is equipped with a dance floor, a VIP area, a smoking lounge and two modern bars and impresses with its room division lighting system and the Void sound system.
For six years now, Avenue Berlin has been one of the clubs that are known far beyond the city limits. Sehr schade drum. Der Abend fing vielversprechend an, zumindest für meine erst Singleparty in Mitte, doch wurde diese von einem Barkeeper gesprengt durch Gewalt! Ohne zu reflektieren geschweige denn ein offenes Ohr zu haben für die Realität, kam ein mir zu dem Abend unbekannter Barceeeper aus seiner Bar aif mich zu, packte mich an meiner Kleidung und zerrte mich unter Gewallt aus dem Club. Ein vermutet von mir indischer oder pakistanischer stämmiger Barceeper, ohne Vorurteil meinerseits, woll…
Bin mit meiner netten optimistischen Kollegentruppe hier zur 90er/2000 - Jahre Party gegangen. Wurde leider eher enttäuscht. Wahnsinnig junges Publikum (Mitte 20), für die wahrscheinlich sehr viel der 2010er Mucke gespielt wurde. Von den 90er kaum etwas und 2000 wenig zu hören, und wenn dann nur sehr elektrolastige Remixes. Der DJ war recht gewöhnungsbedürftig, mixte Stile, Rhythmen und Jahre, die einfach nicht zusammen passten. Übersprang von einem Song zum anderen mal mir nix dir nix 10 Jahre…
ABZOCKE… Barkeeper stellt mein Getränk hin und es kippt um. Ich sollte es dann bezahlen, weil er meinte, dass er es nicht war. Dazu machte er noch eine unfreundliche Bemerkung. Die Tanzfläche war komplett überfüllt, dass man nichtmal Tanzen konnte und im Bad war das Wasser aus den Wasserhähnen so heiß, dass man sich nicht die Hände waschen konnte. Ich kann den Club nicht empfehlen…
