Also this year we want to prepare you a #GoldenenClosure on and on the Spree in the FluxBau. The year 2016 held many unpleasant events in store, so at least the end must shine. We invite you to the sweetest New Year's Eve in the FluxBau.

An unobstructed view of the Spree, the starry sky in Berlin and the fireworks from the television tower to the Oberbaumbrücke - let's toast together on our floating terrace, snogging in our arms, throwing confetti and drinking all the best that may come in 2017!
