Historic Christmas market

The Christmas market in Friedrichshain presents itself in historical garb.
The historic Christmas market will take place for the 7th time in 2023. If you want to enjoy the pre-Christmas period in medieval flair, you can purchase hand-made works from blacksmiths, wood carvers, potters and other artisans.

Jugglers, handicrafts and medieval cuisine
The popular RAW area is particularly charming in the light of numerous torches. There, visitors can not only buy special Christmas presents, but can also be enchanted by jugglers and acrobats who make their rounds at the Christmas market. Hot mead, Feuerzangenbowle, hearty dishes and sweet treats round off your visit to the Christmas RAW grounds.

Program for little visitors
For children, the historic Christmas market scores points with hand-operated attractions such as a Ferris wheel and a wooden carousel. If you dare, you can practice archery and crossbow shooting or dare to visit the Trollewald.

Opening times: Monday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., Dead Sunday (November 26th) closed
