Our Code of Conduct

We live in a time where attention is waning, trust is dwindling, and success often comes at the expense of integrity.
CBC aims to prove the opposite.

CBC is a place where business and ethics belong together again—demonstrating that success is possible without sacrificing humanity and values.

Our Core Principles

Honesty
Reliability
Respect
Tolerance and Open-Mindedness
Zero Tolerance of Discrimination
(No racism, no sexism, no discrimination)
Professional Conduct and Adherence to Common Business Standards
Integrity in Dealing with Contacts and Leads
/> Responsibility to the Community
Openness to new business trends like influencer marketing & AI
Why we ask you to invite the right people
CBC should grow — with the right people and the right energy.

You can actively contribute by inviting people who:
share our values
think entrepreneurially
are open to genuine exchange
Every recommendation strengthens the community.
Every new person expands our collective potential.
Our Commitment to You
We work day and night to build the club:
Marketing, partnerships, events, standards, branding, and structure.

We invest time, resources, and reputation because we firmly believe in this concept.
