Thanks to its romantic setting and magnificent illuminations, the Christmas market at Charlottenburg Palace is popular with both Berliners and visitors for good reason.

With over 100 regional and international vendors, the palace's parkland, along with the Court of Honor and parts of the palace grounds themselves, are transformed into a festive Christmas wonderland for over 30 days.

Every winter, the impressive Charlottenburg Palace is romantically and colorfully illuminated during the Christmas season. With glittering light installations, discreet laser beams, and colored lights, the palace square invites visitors to a romantic and cozy stroll among the stalls. You won't find any plastic decorations in the outdoor displays: the use of natural materials creates a nostalgic atmosphere at the Christmas market at Charlottenburg Palace.
