With YAAM CLASSICS meets MAMA AFRICA, we present you at YAAM a top-class cultural program and a legendary day full of music, art and dance. Subculture for the whole family. This special and intercultural event format is intended to tie in with the "YAAM Sunday Beach Classix" and present a revival of the legendary YAAM Sunday.

The goal is to work with you to revive the YAAM vibe and actively involve the YAAM community (musicians, performance artists, artists, athletes, etc.) in the event and give them a stage to present themselves as To present show act and part of the community. The festival/party series serves to bundle the many colorful facets and talents, to present them to the public and to network the artists better with each other. In addition to the stage performances, various side events and sensitively arranged attractions for all age groups are offered on the site.

Five first-class live acts and bands await you on April 16th, 2022 at YAAM, an incredible 14 DJs will spoil you with Caribbean sounds (Reggae | Dancehall, Afrobeats | Hip Hop), an art market offers you handmade art, gifts and souvenirs e.g. for the Upcoming Easter, There will be a graffiti & street art live painting performance for the eyes, The African Food Market of the YAAM will treat you to African specialties, Jerome the Metronome (KO Crew) will step into the YAAM and perform breakdance & electric boogie, There will be open graffiti & street art workshops, the fire group in YAAM will put you "On Fire" with fire shows. In addition to a relaxed beach atmosphere, there is also entertainment in the Kids Corner at YAAM Beach and there is a face painting station! In addition, we will celebrate the birthday of our resident DJ legend Barney Millah! The event will be moderated and hosted by none other than Gio di Sera A.K.A. Don Rispetto from Radio Kanaka /Multicult.f and MC Konta. As you can read and hear, it will be a unique day at YAAM, so secure your tickets, spread the word and pack up the whole family!!!
