5 String Theory is the brainchild of experimental violinist and composer Alexey Kochetkov, who creates genre-bending music with five-string violins and electronics. He showcases virtuosity and artistry across a range of formats, from innovative neo-classical concerts and multidisciplinary performances to atmospheric live-sets and acoustic violin acts. 5 String Theory aims to unite the instrument’s centuries-long tradition with modern technology and contemporary sonic aesthetics, crafting the violin music of tomorrow. Doors open at 8:00 p.m., the concert starts at 10:00 p.m., and afterwards DJ Tobi Starke rounds out the night.
