Kubla Khan

"And from this chasm, with ceaseless turmoil seething,
As if this earth in fast thick pants were breathing,

Amid whose swift half-intermitted burst
Huge fragments vaulted like rebounding hail,
Or chaffy grain beneath the thresher's flail:

Five miles meandering with a mazy motion
Through wood and dale the sacred river ran,
Then reached the caverns measureless to man,
And sank in tumult to a lifeless ocean."

A second mark in the history of Kubla Khan,
The birth, and a year, and now it goes on.
Formative impressions and endless dancing,
yielded new ideas and more conviction.

The fabrics, the lanterns, the pillows, the lights.
We've packed it all, and added a few things.
And so we march to dance into the spring!
